    Awful! I could write a book of if onlys!

    I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro from Vine Autos in May 2016 and I am sat here writing this review at 04:17, after yet another sleepless night with thoughts of if only running around my mind. Unfortunately for me, I used the van very little in the first few months. I think I've only had about 1,000 miles out of it now. When i did start to use the van starting was temperamental, often needing to be jump started. The poultry 90 day warranty had already run out and it started going into limp mode. Took it to a local garage who said it had a fuel leak. They fixed that and it ran fine for a few miles and a few miles is the best it's done without running problems. Parts replaced so far: alternator, battery, starter motor, egr valve and had some electrics fixed. Now told it needs fuels injectors. I have been tempted to sell it on but i'm an honest man. Thank god I have my pick up so i can earn money to throw into the van. Like my mechanic says, there's no other way to say it, i was ripped off!

You collected it from us and mentioned no concerns at any point prior to your review being posted (Posted Over 1 year later). Your Van was supplied with: 12 Months MOT (No Advisories), A Fresh Service & PDI + 90 Days Dealer Warranty. We will ALWAYS help our customers, even outside of warranty. To summarise: You used the van very little for several months, and it needed a jump start. This can happen to any vehicle, they need to be driven to allow the alternator to charge the battery. You have driven only 1000 miles in over a year, this is not recommended for any diesel vehicle as they require regular use to enable the engine to clear carbon deposits.
